The Bauhaus Movement has been posting a series of images from Kandinsky’s observation of the dancer Gret Palucca. He put her movements into lines, forms and shapes as part of his essay ‘Dance Curves’.
I’m not sure if this belongs to the same series but it’s from the same years, the early 20s, and it’s my favourite so far: Wassily Kandinsky ‘Free Curve to the Point – Accompanying Sound of Geometric Curves, 1925’
